Bonasoda

Our Mission

Our Mission is to combine a strong focus on the delivery of a high-quality product at affordable cost, by pursuing consistent go-to-market efficiency, with an environmentally and socially responsible attitude.

By deploying a “value innovation” approach that combines product differentiation with competitive cost, Bonasoda is initiating a beverage revolution, redefining the way that people drink wine.

At Bonasoda, we foster an environment filled with creativity, design and openness compatible with our core values:

01

Quality

Deliver the best wine-based beverage: our criteria for the best product rests on naturalness, health, and affordability.

02

Ethics

Nurture best business practices to protect nature and people that work the land: once we identify a problem, we get to the root of the problem as fast as possible.

03

Innovation

Not bound by convention: our success —and much of the fun— lies in developing new ways to do things.

Our Organization

To become more responsive to market complexities, our innovative organizational model relies on an holacracy environment. Our holacracy system supports advanced decision-making pathways in evaluating the context changes as opportunities to be seized, instead of threats.

Our purpose is to make these opportunities as an input to our continuous learning and improvement process. By nurturing this process, we are consistently focused on improving our whole supply chain organization, our staff motivation, and our customer satisfaction.

Our Legendary Legacy

The Myth of Bonasoda

This is a Love Story between a Moor and a Maiden.
This story happened a long time ago in a country divided into two beautiful lands by a huge fiery moat.

The Moor had a dark complexion, was big, playful, and always personable. He used to live alone in a land made by hills, trees, and reaching south to the sea. All people from that land used to live alone. There was in fact a belief that all Moors had to stay single and focus on their spiritual existence. But this man was different. He believed he was born for something else that he did not know yet.

The maiden had a pale complexion, was petite, clever, and always curious. She used to live with all different people in a land made up of mountains, sky, and clouds. All people from that land used to live together. There was in fact the belief that all maidens had to express their best by joining with different people, their habits, and their cultures. But this enchanting lady was different. She believed she was destined to going beyond her affiliations and satisfying her curiosity.

One day, following her curiosity, the maiden left the mountains and discovered herself at the huge moat. She did not know where she was. At the other side of the moat she saw the Moor.

Their eyes locked, time stood still and then, without even knowing what they were doing, they moved as one to the narrowest part of the moat. Now they could touch each other. The two fell in love immediately.

From their love Bonasoda was born. Bonasoda the daughter was playful, clever, always personable, and always curious. By using her virtues, Bonasoda extinguished the flames in the moat and replaced them with fresh blue waters. So, she brought together the two beautiful lands of her parents. From the sky, the clouds, the mountains up to the hills, and trees, and further south to the sea. One of the most beautiful countries on earth emerged.

Its name was Italy.
